As a replacement for the Joint Annual Meeting with DGfI/ÖGAI, ÖGAI will hold a Virtual Annual Meeting including General Assembly with new election of the Board on 4.12.2020. More information will follow.

ad new election of the board (detailed explanations were sent to all members by mail):
On 4.12.2020, the new ÖGAI board for the period 2021-2022 has to be elected on the occasion of the ÖGAI general assembly according to the statutes.
Due to the special pandemic situation, a secret ballot can only be held this year as a MAIL VOTE. Please make use of your democratic right!
You have the possibility
1. send a nomination proposal to the members of the Nominating Committee by 10/23/2020. This will then draw up an election proposal from all nominations, which will be sent out to all ÖGAI members at the latest 2 weeks before the General Assembly. Download Excel document with electable positions.
2. submit an informal absentee ballot application to office@oegai.org no later than 10/23/2020.
3. the ballot itself must be sent in a closed envelope by post to the secretariat of the ÖGAI, Institute of Immunology, Lazarettgasse 19, 1090 Vienna, by 1.12.2020 at the latest. (Valid only if application for absentee ballot has been submitted by 10/23/2020).
