ÖGAI members have always been very strong and engaged in various ÖGAI professional committees/specialist groups, contributing to recommendations on clinical-immunological issues in diagnostics and therapy. In close collaborations with international immunological societies, they are also involved in developing guidelines and statements on the treatment of immunological and allergological diseases. ÖGAI Standing Committees are also dedicated to improve and advance clinical immunology training in Austria.
